a. Dining Reservations: Reservations for dining at The Koop can be made through our website. We do not charge for reservations. Cancellations or changes to reservations should be made in accordance with our reservation policy.

b. Event Bookings: Bookings for events at The Koop are available through our website or in person. Users are required to select a time slot and may need to make a payment for certain events. Refunds after the event has taken place are not allowed. Refunds may be considered if the event is canceled by The Koop or if there are extenuating circumstances.

THE KOOP "FREE WINGS FOR 3 MONTHS" COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Promoter:

The promoter is SDJ Catering Group Ltd t/a The Koop, located at 87b South Parade, Northallerton DL7 8SJ with registered office address 83 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JQ

 

2. Eligibility:

 

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Employees of The Koop and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Only valid for in-store purchases made at The Koop Northallerton location.

 

3. Competition Period:

 

The competition runs from Monday 16th June 2025 to Sunday 29th June 2025.

 

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

 

4. How to Enter:

 

Purchase any of our limited edition merchandise in-store during the competition period.

Each qualifying purchase equals one entry into the draw.

No entry limit per person, but each entry must be linked to a separate qualifying purchase.

 

5. Prize:

 

One winner will receive "Free Wings for 3 Months", which entitles the winner to one portion of 6 wings per day, for 12 consecutive weeks, redeemable only at The Koop Northallerton. Prize are only redeemable for days The Koop is open which is Wednesday - Sunday.

Wings must be redeemed in-store and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative menu items.

Any unclaimed weekly portion does not roll over to the following day or week

 

6. Winner Selection:

 

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted within 5 working days of the competition closing.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, The Koop reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Publicity:

 

By entering, you consent to your name and/or photo being used in promotional material related to this competition, including social media.

 

8. General:

 

The Koop reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

 

Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
